We use the information we collect to: - Authenticate your account and provide secure access to the app. - Process videos and images through our AI (Gemini) to generate customized, doable workouts tailored to your needs. - Store and retrieve your workout sessions, allowing you to access your workout history and track your fitness progress. - Improve app functionality and user experience.
3. Video and Image Processing
Videos and images you upload or share from TikTok are processed temporarily by our AI service to generate workouts. These videos and images are not permanently stored on our servers and are deleted after processing. Only the generated workout data is retained in your account.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information, videos, images, or workout data with third parties. Your data remains confidential and is used solely to provide VidWod services. We use Firebase as our backend infrastructure, which operates under strict data protection standards.

We are committed to protecting your data and use industry-standard security measures, including Firebase's built-in security features, to safeguard your information. However, no online transmission is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We retain your email address and workout session data as long as your account remains active. Videos and images are deleted immediately after processing. If you wish to delete your account and all associated workout data, please contact us at the email provided below.
